Lively plate with barn swallow perched on an orange branch. The plate would look lovely mounted on a wall or serving a decadent slice of frosted cake. These plates are slightly larger then a traditional dessert plate but smaller then a salad plate.
This piece was created from a wheel thrown body, finished with hand painting, and carved accents. Color is layered throughout the making process at every stage in order to achieve a lively depth in the surface. Variance may also be present in gold rimmed finish, may drip organically or appear antiqued.

Gold luster is applied to the rim.
Hand wash only. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
